Having traveled significantly in the past 25 years, for work, having lived around the world, we experienced all kinds of bars and restaurants. Mainly on the customer side, but still, we have experienced so much that we know what we want ourselves. The Brasserie is the result of our quest. We are always ready to make enhancements. We listen to your comments, and act when appropriate.
The Brasserie team consists of our chef Alwin van der Zandt, and front of house Kristien Herbots, and supported by Paul Vaandrager who also takes care of the back-end. We are tightly knit team and our only objective is to ensure your visit to us leaves a lasting memory.
At The Brasserie we are aware that some of our customers have certain dietary requirements. For this reason, we request you to contact our on-duty manager when ordering so we can take note of your requirements. When the Brasserie opened its doors at the beginning of 2018, we were a 100% gluten-free restaurant. For instance. our burgers are all gluten-free, The bun however, is not. We bake homemade gluten-free bread. Our pasta is available as gluten-free. Although we cater for the mainstream too, many of our dishes remain gluten-free, and as such Coeliac and gluten intolerant folks are more than welcome. We can recommend which dishes are gluten-free, as well as which beverages are gluten-free. We even have several beers suitable for you.
